What McAuley provides

McAuley is an AI thinking tool for organizing big decisions. It can parse a decision, extract options and constraints, create charts, generate decision reels, create future-year reflection clips, and prepare private revisit prompts.

Outputs are generated from user input and automated processing. They are not predictions, guarantees, instructions, or professional determinations.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, submitted content, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate billing and contact information.

You may not share one account across unrelated users, resell access, bypass credit limits, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with security controls.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Prices, billing periods, credit allowances, and included features are shown before checkout.

Credits are service-use units. They are consumed when McAuley processes chat requests, generates chart bundles, creates reels, creates future-year clips, or prepares downloads. Credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or transferable money.

Stripe processes checkout, subscription renewals, invoices, refunds, and payment method storage. McAuley records Stripe references to keep your subscription and credits accurate.

User content

You keep ownership of your submitted content and generated private outputs, subject to the Content License. You grant McAuley the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display, export, and deliver your content through the service.

You must have the right to upload any files or information you provide. Remove or anonymize third-party personal details when possible.

No professional service

McAuley does not provide healthcare treatment, mental health treatment, legal counsel, registered investment guidance, tax planning, immigration advice, employment representation, or regulated professional services.

You are responsible for your final decisions and outcomes. Consult a qualified professional when a decision has clinical, legal, financial, safety, tax, immigration, employment, housing, or family-law consequences.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, use the service for prohibited conduct, fail to pay, submit unlawful content, or attempt to manipulate another person's decision without consent.

After termination, some records may remain for billing, dispute, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Disclaimers and liability limits

The service is provided as available. We do not promise that outputs will be complete, accurate, suitable for every situation, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, McAuley is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make after using the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law gives you mandatory rights elsewhere.
