Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for safe, consent-based, lawful use of McAuley decision tools, uploads, charts, and generated reels.

Use McAuley to clarify your own decisions or decisions you are authorized to evaluate. Do not use it to harm, deceive, coerce, exploit, impersonate, or manipulate another person.

Prohibited professional substitution

You may not use McAuley to diagnose mental illness, recommend medication, replace clinical care, replace legal counsel, replace regulated financial planning, or make decisions that legally require a licensed professional.

You may not market generated outputs as professional advice, expert certification, guaranteed prediction, or proof that one choice is objectively correct.

Privacy and consent

Do not upload documents or personal data that you are not authorized to use. Do not submit another person's private information to decide how to pressure, surveil, manipulate, or disadvantage them.

When discussing a relationship, workplace, client, applicant, tenant, student, or family member, anonymize names and details whenever possible.

Minors

McAuley may not be used to target minors with high-pressure or high-risk decision simulations. Parent or guardian consent is required for users aged 13 to 17. School or study planning must remain age-appropriate.

Unlawful and abusive use

Do not use McAuley for harassment, discrimination, fraud, scams, doxxing, sexual exploitation, illegal surveillance, evading law enforcement, regulated claims, high-risk automated decisions about others, or content that violates law.

Do not attempt to bypass credit metering, payment controls, model safety controls, rate limits, storage limits, or account security.

Enforcement

We may refuse, throttle, remove, suspend, or terminate access if use appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, non-consensual, or inconsistent with these rules.
