How McAuley collects, uses, protects, and deletes decision content, account data, billing data, and support records.

McAuley helps users structure personal and professional decisions. The product may process sensitive context because users may describe jobs, moves, homes, studies, relationships, business ideas, documents, spreadsheets, and other private materials.
We collect account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, plan status, credit balance, billing status, support requests, device metadata, cookie preferences, and security logs.
We collect decision content that you submit, including prompts, uploaded files, extracted metrics, generated charts, generated reels, PDF reports, revisit prompts, and edits you make to priorities or weights.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, checkout, refund, dispute, and credit references needed to operate billing. We do not store full card numbers.
We use your information to provide the service, parse decisions, generate charts and reels, maintain credits, deliver downloads, send service notices, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and keep billing records.
We do not sell decision content. We do not use your private decision content to train shared AI models. If a future optional improvement program is offered, it will require a separate opt-in.
Decision content may be sent to AI, storage, hosting, email, analytics, and payment vendors only as needed to deliver the service, protect the service, or comply with law.
Vendors must process data under contractual limits. We keep vendor access limited to the data needed for their role.
You may request deletion of account content. We delete or anonymize decision content unless we must keep limited records for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, chargeback, legal, or dispute purposes.
Billing and dispute records may be retained for the periods required by Stripe processes, card-network rules, accounting, tax, and applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
California users may request to know, correct, delete, or opt out of sale or sharing. McAuley does not sell personal information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational controls, including access limits, encrypted transport, hosted infrastructure safeguards, audit logs, and least-privilege operational practices.
No online service is perfectly secure. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
McAuley is intended for adults. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the service only with parent or guardian consent and only for appropriate low-risk planning, such as study or career exploration.
